For five Sunday afternoons in July the gardens will be open for these child-friendly free events with live music.

Music in the Gardens offers a relaxing afternoon with a play area for children, and refreshments available. Please feel free to bring a picnic if you want – and also rugs and/or folding chairs. (Please note that this is an alcohol-free zone – and also dogs are not permitted in the gardens – thanks.)

The programme for July 2023 is:

• 2 July – Red River Band (ceilidh)
• 9 July – Life and Mission Choir
• 16 July – London Metropolitan Brass
• 23 July – English Jazz Orchestra
• 30 July – Rock in the Gardens
