Dear friends,

Following the advice of the Methodist Church, a meeting of Circuit staff on Tuesday made the decision to suspend all activities, meetings and worship services until further notice due to the ongoing situation regarding the COVID-19 pandemic.

This will make many of us sad that we cannot meet regularly as is our custom but we realise that it is our responsibility to care for one another in the best ways we can.

The Church building will be closed from now. We have contacted all those within our Church community to explain this and to begin to share the pastoral care and support that we will be offering.

We need to set up a system of care through phone and social media contacts as well as offering people the opportunity to ask for help for things like shopping, picking up prescriptions etc, and also for others to offer help in this and other ways.

We will live stream worship each Sunday on the New River Circuit Facebook page. We will include this on the Muswell Hill Methodist Church Facebook page. Services will also be added to the Circuit YouTube channel. Watch this space!
